HOW TO ENROLL

Enrolling for a BBYO Summer Experience only takes a few minutes. The first step is creating an account with us. We are excited to announce the launch of our new BBYO Summer registration system for Camp & Leadership and BBYO Passport trips! This new system requires families to create a brand-new account, as it is not connected to any of the systems you may have previously used. Please visit bbyo.my.site.com/s/login and click Register Now to start this process.

Still need help setting up your account? Visit this document for step-by-step instructions.

After creating an account and logging in, you can find your program and proceed to register. A $250 deposit is required to complete your registration and hold your spot. February 27, 2024, is the last day to cancel and receive a full refund of land cost. From February 28–April 2, 2024, families may cancel their registration with a $250 cancellation fee. Beginning April 3, 2024, all programs are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Participants are highly encouraged to purchase a travel insurance policy.

Due to the popularity of our Summer Experiences and to prevent disruption to program planning late in the season, no refunds will be issued starting April 3, 2024.

REVIEW THE TERMS

You're almost there! Take a moment to familiarize yourself with our straightforward terms of enrollment and cancellation policy. Program prices are not guaranteed until you complete your registration with a $250 deposit.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • With registration: A $250 program deposit is due with registration and required to secure your spot.
  • First payment: $750 is due by January 30, 2024*
  • Second payment: An additional $750 is due by February 27, 2024**
  • Final payment: The full balance of payment is due by April 3, 2024**

*$25 fee will be incurred for late payment.
**$75 fee will be incurred for late payment.

We are glad to accept registrations initiated after the final payment deadline. In these cases, fees must be paid in full within 15 days. If teens register within 15 days of the start of their summer program, their balance must be paid in full upon registration.

Program prices are subject to some change and are not guaranteed until you complete your registration with a refundable deposit. Families are responsible for paying the balance in full minus any scholarship awards they are expecting to maintain a current account balance. This includes families traveling to Israel with a RootOne Voucher. If your family overpays for their teen’s experience—which results in an account overage—BBYO will refund your family (or funder) for your account overage by sending a check in the fall after account reconciliations have been completed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment is accepted by e-check/ACH, check, or credit card. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% will be assessed for all payments; please note that this fee is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of cancelation, even prior to February 27, 2024. Canadian residents do not have the ability to pay by ACH in our system. All posted prices are in US Dollars.

For e-check/ACH payments, the limit per transaction is $15,000. If you need to pay more than this amount, please make separate payments to avoid your transaction being declined.

STEPS TO SUBMIT OUTSIDE FUNDING

Email a copy of your teen’s award letter—which should include your teen’s full name, the program they are registered for, the amount of the award, and contact information from the funding organization—to [email protected].

Checks must be made payable to BBYO, include the teen’s full name, and say the program they are registered for in the memo line. Mail and address checks to:

BBYO
c/o Sabrina Moore
529 14th St NW, Suite 705
Washington, DC 20045

If you have any questions about scholarship funding, or your funder prefers to pay by e-check, please email [email protected] to request the banking information.
